Do I need to be fully undressed?

The most asked question. You  undress to your level of comfortability and to reach your set goals. When you get here we explain the process and will work with you to make sure you are comfortable.

Do you take insurance?

We do not take insurance. We can give you a receipt for you to turn in to your HSA or insurer if you desire, but we offer no guarantee of coverage or reimbursement.

How often do I need to come back?

This is entirely up to you. We don't prescribe or diagnose so you can come occasionally for ongoing care, or you can come frequently for help with chronic pain and mobility. We are also able to offer suggestions based on  what we think is the best way to reach your goals.

Will you massage someone under 18 years of age?

Absolutely. Just so long as a parent or guardian is present. For infant massage please see the Human Services tab. 

Does massage hurt?

Generally speaking massage feels wonderful. However, there may be times that you do feel some discomfort depending on what is being addressed. And that "soreness" can last for a day or two. We do work with each client to explain what is happening and why to tailor the experience to meet their specified goals.

Is there a reason I shouldn't get a massage?

Possibly. There are reasons for some people to avoid massage. If you have any concerns please consult your physician before making your appointment. You will also have to complete a health history form when you visit for the first time that will help us in determining if massage is a suitable option for you.
